Centre for Competition Policy
The Centre for Competition Policy (CCP), based at the University of East Anglia (UEA), conducts research into competition policy from the perspectives of economics, law, business and political science. It was established in 2001 with Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) core funding from 2004-2014.
This CCP Blog
Our aim is to comment selectively on:
- Competition issues in the news
- Government and agency policies
- New academic research that particularly catches our eye
We hope it will be of interest to practitioners, academics, students and journalists.
We intend to keep posts short (between 800 – 1000 words), and to post at least one item per week but rarely any more than one or two. Our comments will be founded in our understanding of the latest academic research but written in an accessible, non-technical style.
Our research dissemination blog can be found here.
